Our Development Process

Our development involvement can be as much or as little as you like.

For some clients, we perform full cycle development using the ADDIE model (analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation); we gather the content, storyboard an interactive design, create any necessary templates, graphics, simulations, load the course into the client’s learning management system, and even track its success.

For other clients, we provide just the DD (design and development) – for example, converting existing instructor-led materials into eLearning or static reference sets into an electronic performance support system.

And for still others, we perform strictly the rapid eLearning development, using the client’s storyboarded design to create courseware in Lectora, Captivate, Articulate, and Flash or converting existing courseware from an older platform or authoring tool into one of these new tools.

No matter what we are asked to do, we always strive to keep project cycles short and costs low.
